Offers and most documents can be signed electronically. I attend the inspection, and you get the report and a video walkthrough.
Close in person or from a distance
Many buyers close after they arrive. If you need to close before you get here, the title company can explain remote options, and your installation legal office can advise on a power of attorney if one is needed.
Communities close to Tinker
Your drive depends on your gate, building and shift, so I map it for your situation instead of quoting averages.
Midwest City
Borders the base to the north. Oklahoma County; mostly Mid-Del Schools.
Del City
West of the base. Oklahoma County; Mid-Del Schools.
Southeast Oklahoma City
City neighborhoods south and west of the base, served by several districts.
Choctaw and Harrah
Farther east, with newer subdivisions and acreage.
Moore
Southwest of the base on I-35, in Cleveland County.
Norman and Edmond
Longer drives that some families choose for other reasons.
